At Sonu Monu, we maintain a No Refund policy except in cases of defective products.
No exchanges are offered on items purchased at 50% off or more.
All claims related to defective products, once approved by our team, will be processed within 14 working days.
If your claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other item of equal value from our website.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning items.
Sonu Monu does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased products.
Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
Original tags and labels must be attached for any exchange to be processed.
Color variations may occur due to different screen settings and resolutions. Requests based on color differences may not be entertained.
Seasonal stock policy:
Summer stock can only be exchanged with other Summer stock.
Winter stock can only be exchanged with other Winter stock.
