At Sonu Monu, we maintain a No Refund policy except in cases of defective products.

  • No exchanges are offered on items purchased at 50% off or more.

  • All claims related to defective products, once approved by our team, will be processed within 14 working days.

  • If your claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other item of equal value from our website.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning items.

  • Sonu Monu does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased products.

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Original tags and labels must be attached for any exchange to be processed.

  • Color variations may occur due to different screen settings and resolutions. Requests based on color differences may not be entertained.

  • Seasonal stock policy:

    • Summer stock can only be exchanged with other Summer stock.

    • Winter stock can only be exchanged with other Winter stock.
